For a flat sprinter stage this was pretty entertaining. Solid pace by Garmin in the finale, good win by Farrar, he needed that no doubt.

Great stage. Nice course and good weather. Great leadout by Optum KB. Happy for both. Farrar and Hanson.

BTW it was 75F this afternoon in San Diego. Weather is back to normal and for whatever reason, I even think the heat wave made the race more entertaining and better race altogether.
