How close was that finish? Or did they all just assume it was in the bag for Cav?
Anyway good start for Blanco, hopefully a new sponsor will be presented soon. The riders are doing their part.

It seems like Cav wasn't even in the top 10, so I reckon it could have been people making mischief, Twitter style.

Show's how easy it is to give false information and have everyone believe you when there isn't any TV coverage.

I made a comment about Sagan attacking on Green Mountain whilst carrying Nibali on his shoulders yesterday, and had three people ask me how I knew this information.

At least Twitter keeps stupidity/trolling limited to 140 characters. Here people can talk nonsense for hundreds of words. If not thousands.

It takes an interesting sort of character to make that comment on a messageboard on which you have made the best part of 11000 posts.

The team was a bastar.. without a home. And then Cav left. Game over. Blanco is sellable, but perhaps the Dutch needs to be realistic about the number of teams at the WT level.

The team folded due to sponsorship reasons Cav didn't leave until the HTC team folded lol.

yes 100%, except I think twitter is at least 2 steps worse, with people having 6 followers and sharing things that nobody cares. a message board at least is a topic of similar interested like this with cycling.

Oh, I definitely agree. But it did just strike me as funny. Twitter is nice when you actually have something interesting to say but most people talking about how they just took a c*ap or tied their shoelaces is just an insult to any form of life.

Your implying that it was game over for HTC when Cav left? That's what i see here but that isn't true it was game over for HTC when the sponsors pulled the plug Cav only left after the team announced it was folding

Unless i got the wrong end of the stick here then i apologise.
