I'm curious to see, who the real contenders are.

Top six should be Ivan, Nibali, Horner, Purito, Valverde, Moreno.
Pozzovivo, Uran, Roche might fight for glory as well. Roche looks very strong, but he'll suffer on the longer climbs.

Surely they could've had the finish on the top, and the podium-stuff further down!

Anyway, Descender. I have a correction! You described stage 8 as The first MTF. Not true! Today is the first MTF! :p

They didn't move the finish, it was always planned to end up where it will end.
