2013 Vuelta a España, Stage 11: Tarazona→Tarazona TT (38.8km)

One of the most interesting things to look for I feel will be the gap between Spartacus and the Panzerwagon. (Looking ahead to the Worlds)

At the Tour of Poland Wiggo was 56 seconds ahead of Cancellara on a 37 Km (Flat) course. (Wiggins time 46'36)
Cancellara Time 47'28

This is a slightly harder TT being 38.8 Km - I'll use Tony's time as a reference point for further analysis.

He's been sick

I don;t know if he's sick but before vuelta he said he's way off form. about 50% and would only se vuelta to get rhythm for wc and lombardia that he both want to win

How is Cancellara suddenly top favourite for the stage? He hasn't been focusing on the tt's for a long while, and even in the spring when he had good shape he didn't do fantastic. I think he will post a good time, but top favourite? I don't think so.

If Cancellara wins the TT, it is house on Wiggo time in the World Champs ITT.

Surely that first split has to be wrong. No way Westra is that far back:confused::confused:
We can't trust that first split:eek:

Westra went through that first split in under 18 minutes.

Vacansoleil have been saying that he's been killing it.

That first check is definitely wrong.

They seem to have taken the times from the 1st time check off the website. Hopefully to fix them.

Okay. I'm currently wearing an avatar from a bet, so I suggest that the duration for our bet will be from the end of the Vuelta to after the men's RR or Japan Cup.

All righty.

May I remind you you lost an avatar bet with me during the Giro, also featuring Nibali and an ITT? :p
