One of the most interesting things to look for I feel will be the gap between Spartacus and the Panzerwagon. (Looking ahead to the Worlds)

At the Tour of Poland Wiggo was 56 seconds ahead of Cancellara on a 37 Km (Flat) course. (Wiggins time 46'36)
Cancellara Time 47'28

This is a slightly harder TT being 38.8 Km - I'll use Tony's time as a reference point for further analysis.

I think the correct time by Westra is faster than that (around 17:50), but we will see.

Rasmussen also had the best time quite a while before they corrected his time. Could be the same with Westra.

I don;t know if he's sick but before vuelta he said he's way off form. about 50% and would only se vuelta to get rhythm for wc and lombardia that he both want to win

On vuelta site, first split for Tony was 35 sec faster than Urtasun. Second best time there after Tony is Reyes, 14 sec down.

How is Cancellara suddenly top favourite for the stage? He hasn't been focusing on the tt's for a long while, and even in the spring when he had good shape he didn't do fantastic. I think he will post a good time, but top favourite? I don't think so.

If Cancellara wins the TT, it is house on Wiggo time in the World Champs ITT.
