This makes me think. YOu'd know what I'd like to see? A long technical TT. You really only see technical TTs in prologues, long TTs are either pan flat or hilly if the organizers are feeling rebellious. Why not make a long TT that favors agile riders instead of just balls of muscles (or climbers)?

The time trials Giro '13 and '09 are good answers to your question

Or a hilly worlds TT. It would favour Cancellara more :D
