Anybody know what's up with Lachlan Morton finishing last?

Right now he only performs in Utah and Colorado, at great altitude. And on stages below 150k.

I think Kwiatkowski's running on fumes at the moment. All year he's been right at the front of the peloton, so if he was still in good condition he wouldn't have been near the back for the last 10km today.

Agree, I assume Tony Martin's late attack (after a quick chat with Kwia) was an attempted to take away some bonus seconds. If he was strong I would have expected Kwia to contest the sprint..

That final bump is only about 50m. Still depending on the roads I think we will see some good attacks - not sure they will stick but the sprinters will need to fight for this.

If we get another aggressive stage like yesterday I will be happy. I'm quite liking the design of Romandie "flat" stages.

I'd be surprised to see anything but a big sprint, you rarely see two spectacular stages in a row these days, especially in regard of what's still to come tomorrow. Yesterday everyone was still fresh due to the shortened stage, different story today.

47km left, 5:31 for the 2 man break
with all that descending it may be possible to make it

edit : clock suddenly changed to 4:30
