It was Pippo. He was in the wheel of Degenkolb, but dropped at the top. Favilli wasn't near the front during that point

I don't quite understand OPQS tactics. Can Vandenbergh follow GVA on the bergs? I don't think so, I think they should have sent Stybar or Terpstra instead.
