That looked really really nasty. Definitely a marshall, not a spectator. The moto braked but only a few metres before impact, and it was high speed part of the road. Must be some pretty serious injuries (at best).

Nothing was shown on tv when the peloton passed there indeed.

Yes, there was someone laying on the ground but they didn't show much.

Fortunately they tried to show as little as possible, but a road that's half blocked is hard to miss. There was some van-like car visible (I assume it must be the ambulance) and quite a lot of action behind it. Presumably medical personnel and unfortunate bystanders.
