Bardiani guys must be pretty happy now. :D

On Danish television at least they seem to be pretty sure that Veikkenen was just taking the **** with that salute.

Waiting for Quintana, Hesjedal and Rolland to stop 2 minutes before the finish line to put and end to yesterday's RCS screw up. Any bets?

It's always so painful when someone thinks they win but they don't. I felt so bad for Teruel a few weeks ago and now I also feel bad for Veikannen :(

Yes. Let them stop 100 minutes from the line for 2 minutes, then casually cross it and say that everything is fixed and they just wasnt aware that differences from very last kms dont count :D

It's so frustrating. They put in the effort all day, then just throw it away at the end.

if a strong attack gets a decent gap no-one chases because they know all they will do is exhaust themselves and bring back the other guys on yr wheel to fight out the sprint. its all very well criticizing them but its perfectly understandable.

Anton 25th. What the actual f.

He has been inconsistent this Giro, but at times was decent uphill. This though...

Problem is that Anton is a bone idle ****er. By own admission he doesn't train long distances. In long stages or stages with multiple climbs he always fades, in short stages he is pretty ok.

Its a pity because when he can be bothered to get into form he was able to top 10 in races like LBL.

It's kinda poetic actually that Cunego and Anton were the two worst guys of this break.

The 2 youngsters outfoxed by Pirazzi. Both were right behind Pirazzi when he attacked, just looking at it, counting on someone else to close it down. Can't blame them of course. De Gendt and Montaguti looked cooked from doing most of the work.

Also Le Bon shouting in the radio when he saw Veikannen raising his hands, was hilarious.
