I think this will be the Garmin show.

I am afraid Kwiatko is not ready yet but he is the one I will be cheering for.

I, too will be cheering for the young Pole. He has a bright future ahead of him even though I think he still needs one or two more years. Purito, Valverde and Gilbert are not getting any younger and he seems to be the next big thing.

Maybe he will take over the crown, maybe he will be the next EBH. Only time will tell, but I am rooting for him!

I hope you're correct..........I still can't believe last year...........flair

What are you talking about?
In 2013 Gaspa was the sole Astana rider with a chance to win or even podium, given race circumstances. Nibbles only worked for him in the finale and it was the right thing to do.

You do your own analysis, then stand by your choice. It shouldn't make a difference who has voted for who. The only votes I don't respect are those placed after the finish. With this poll it looks like any of the listed riders has a chance, except Schleck. But then it could be a surprise winner like last year. Its not a matter of life or death anyway.:D

voted for schleck
i hope someone votes for nibali too. i would like him to take the win,or schlecks or purito finally.

dan martin is the favourite with this peak like an angel approach. curious to see froomey, i hope he gives it a go even if it's not his thing

im not convinced Gilbert has those last percent of climbing and form. One can make a case that the lead in to the huy climb was horrible, but he couldnt hold the wheel of the guys in 7-10th place which he had in the first 300m of the climb.

Think it will be between Valverde and Dan Martin. The deciding climbs in Liège are more huy-like with their 9% avg than cauberg-like. Abit too long, too steep for Gilbert this time.

The thing working in Gilbert's favor is a fairly good team, particularly Samuel Sanchez.

I'll be cheering for Gilbert, but im not convinced he'll end up on the podium.

i think frank has a decent chance ftw.He looks on-form and LBL suits him.;)

Seriously Eshnar? Schleck and no Costa? Andy DNF'd in Flèche and Frank managed to finnish behind Costa even though the latter broke his wheel after Cunego's fall right in the last km's... I'd even rate him above Nibali.

Frank Schleck was involved in the same crash as Costa...

So? He kept on a bit in front of Costa. He didn't had any mechanical after Cunego's crash. Costa did. And he even finished in front of Fränk. Fränk finished behind Costa in Amstel, Flèche and will in Liége. There's no reason to have him in the poll.

I didn't choose the options myself, Afrank did :v
Not my fault :p

Oh, sorry then. :p

Afrank you have some explanations to do. :)

I originally had Costa in there, but swapped him out for Nibali. Nibali placed 14th with the final group while Costa was 1:44 back, so at the moment of making up the names for the poll I figured he might be a better choice to go with. Forgot about the problems he had in FW. My mistake not remembering that. Looking back either would work for that spot really.

I agree with you though, I think Costa will definitely be a contender. I suppose the smartest option would be to include both instead of Schleck. But Schleck has to be in there, we all know this is the race he makes his comeback in. ;)

Oh, ye of little faith. It will be just like 2009. Voting for Schleck myself, A. Schleck. ;)
