Why is Quaade riding at continental level? Even if he is one dimensional rider, his TT alone is massive and completely worth to be WT.

Well, he isn't just a bit one dimensional. He isn't really capable of anything in a road race. His tt is very good, but mostly because he has in incredibly strong mentality. He ride his tt bike until he dies and probably further when he sets a goal for himself.

Possibly so, but if he can TT that well, he can at least work like a dog on the flat better than most.

One would think he could do a decent job, and maybe he actually can, the problem is that he has never had any kind of result in a road race and therefore he didn't get the chance to ride at a higher level yet.

But I think he will get some offers if he performs at the worlds this year too.

Stick him in a sprint train and he could a good enough job.
