Gert Jõeäär of Cofidis won Estonian TT championship ahead of Alo Jakinit (BigMat-Auber93). Tanel Kangert and Rein Taaramäe didn't participate but they will in road race.

Hoped Chernetckii could grab it, but Vorobyev was clearly stronger.

There is no centralised place where you can find out about all national start lists. In some countries the national federation or a local website will have them in advance (eg stickybottle.com in Ireland). In others you just have to look out for info from individual riders or teams.

Route du Sud was his first race since Liege and Rogers & Roche were after Giro peak.

It was 21 km, where do you have that 10 km from?

Edit: Ah, some of the other categories was 10.5 km, half the elite course.
