Well, I think the Saxo boys are a bit tired.

I don't think Kreuziger is tired. After all, he had a nap on the way up to Selva Rotonda while waiting for Bertie.

to bad he is a Sir, he can finish last....

Too bad, he finished 3rd and performed well.

Very strong win for Malori, beating the best TTers in the world. Fun to see the big guys get their a$$ kicked by a lower tier guy every now and then. :D

I wouldn't say Malori was a lower tier guy, personally. He's been bubbling under for several years, and I'm not surprised to see him challenging the top few TTers now he's not stuck on Lampre's inferior Merida TT setup.

Impressive win by Malori. I never expected him to make the big step to the big 3, but on this distance he just did. Let's see how he does when it's 40km+.

Allthough I allready knew Quintana is able to ride a good TT on a flat course he still surprised me on such a short flat TT with straight roads. Such a small guy, but incredibly powerful.

Quintana had more to ride for. His 2nd place was at serious risk with Kreuz only 7 seconds behind.

I'm sure Sagan would have been within 30 seconds of Malori if he had really gone for it.

I would consider him 2nd tier. Just below the top guys of Cancellara, Martin, Wiggins. Your right, he's definitely been gradually improving for some time now. Good to see it coming together for him, beating the top 3 is a good feat.

That last week of the Giro might just be the best week of cycling this year. It's spectacular.

Quintana shows hes much more than just a climber.

Kreuziger and Contador needs to get back in the wind tunnel, otherwise Froome will club them like a pair of babyseals in the tour.

Nevertheless a dominant win by Contador here. Congrats.

@will10, I'm monitoring Demare's TT skills with an eye on the cobbles classics.

He has been getting better at Lampre every year. This is just the continuation of his progression.

Long meeting, missed the end. No way Berto was full gas, no need to push it so why give the opposition any clues to TT form.

Krueziger might have been full and Quintana probably was.
