Apart from the little climb at the end it's mainly just 2-3% false flats.

That's not true, even Nibali and other GC rider interviewed said they believed the TT being harder, before reconnaissance.

Really think Peraud is being underrated today. Can see him ending top three on the day to take second place overall

I haven't seen underrating. I think Peraud is the favorite to Pinot and Valverde.
