Without the crash yesterday he would probably have been fine. I think this totally sucks but staying on the bike is actually one thing you have to master.

What are you even talking about? We don't know that Froome was the strongest. The race is made on the road. Gutted for him that he had to abandon though.

Don't understand that , if it was PR nobody would have asked for a cancellation. Now it just happens that PR is the 5th stage of the TDF

this is getting ridicilous. the riders should just agree to ride together and neutralize the stage. i understand the bike handling etc, wet road, but this is not even the cobble yet. Are we all going to be happy if the contenders crash out??? and.. Geezzz.. look froome is already tumble twice. Even i'm not his fan, but this isn't how you win the race either...

If he can't handle wet roades he shouldn't even ride a bike!
