Yeah, cause he'll go faster than 2009 Contador with tailwind, surely:rolleyes:

contador did 7.1 w/kg after two weeks of racing in le tour
6.8 is definitely doable in good conditions

Where did that calculation come from? I use to think that performance was like 6.7/6.8.

Anyway, Schleck will at least get his first top 10 in years:D

the andy schleck fanboyism is getting pathetic here

If Schleck had been 2% Colombian, you'd be his biggest fan:eek:

We just want to see a guy make use of his talents

90km to go, gap 7:18

Rojas (MOV), Knees (SKY), Minard (ALM), Wyss (BMC), Rast (TFR), Brown (GRS), Taciak (CCC) und de Vreese (WGG)

Knees to drop everybody and take a solo win.

Hmm, no Andy in the break. F*ck this stage!

Guess he'll just have to destroy the field with an attack out of the peloton then. I eagerly wait.

I'm quite fine with Andy not being in the break. We need to see where he stands in a direct battle with the big GC-contenders of the race, and I'm also confident that the favorites will catch the breakaway and fight for stage win themselves, so I see it as a good thing.

Acevedo wins this.

Don't know if he will win but I agree, he should be strong. Very curious to see how he goes today. Also looking forward to seeing local boy Craddock.

Peter Kennaugh abandons. I wonder what's wrong with him, since I believe he was/is a certainty for a Tour-spot again this year.

Incredible rate of attrition on team Sky these days.
