Nice win Dennis, they all looked blown up that last ramp, Great ride from Wiggins nearly 10k's on the front at a fast tempo.

Adam Yates got stuck to the tarmac like a bloody rock.

Nice win by Dennis. Machado misses it, sadly. But it was a great display of suffering and will nevertheless.

Good stage.

More like 500 meters, but yeah, he's not explosive and he worked hard in the wind for 10Ks, would likely have been different if he'd been sheltered.

Dennis now only 14 seconds behind Wiggins on GC. Wiggins is going to need to ride more tactically on the final mountain top finish.

When do we get some provisional results? We missed everybody from 3rd down to Wiggins cos the camera cut to Dennis so we don't know everyone who was up there or time gaps, and now we're showing stragglers come in when surely they must have been able to collate the top 10 by now?

Did Dennis just make the GC competition a lot more interesting? With time bonuses he just cut almost 30 seconds of Wiggins' advantage.

I kind of figured Wiggins was just toying with those guys... But he cratered on the final steep ramp.

Maybe Dennis smells a little blood in the water. Mt High should be good.

LOL... like people always say: the best defense is offense. Wiggins just did that. If he didn't ride tempo like that, he might loose more time. Now, he only lost few seconds at the last few meters. Looks like, he'll definitely make the TDF team as Froome domestique deluxe :D He passed test (with flying color) to ride high tempo all the way up the mountain.

Today's highlight? Rohan Denis ..fantastic ride! I thought this stage will end with the entire group rolling together. :p

At what point does Machado being good stop being surprising and slightly amusing?

I would say that if he podiums here we could stop treating him like the running joke he has been since the 2011 Giro.

He clearly seems to be somewhat back to his pre 2011 Giro level :)

Goddamn, Machado has an ugly mug.

He doesn't look like he is enjoyed the time on the podium.....Dennis and Craddock were saluting the crowds on the top 3 podium and he is just sitting there.

I didn't think Rohan Dennis was as good a climber as that, not a strong field but even still i am slightly surprised by him there. Are we looking at a future GT contender?

What does everyone think?
