To be honest looking at it from above Degenkolb did absolutely nothing untoward. Bouhanni tried to come out of his wheel, noticed he wasn't fast enough and started to complain. There was plenty of space and Degenkolb barely moved off his line.

Yes indeed, the front camera gave me another impression, but on the replay it's a clean sprint.

I'm still amazed to see Unipublic setting a sprint finish on a town sitting on the edge of a cliff.
