Probably little frozen ice packs. Really handy little things. I keep a few in the freezer.

Even if Katusha give them a little help, it's unlikely I agree, but the breakaway guys need 2:30/3 minutes on the bottom of the climb to get the stage win.

They´ve said many uses Vuelta as a build up for the worlds but some dudes surely looks like in a January-kind of form. Some are really ridicilous below par.

Ligthart and Mas Bonet are not exactly stellar climbers, I think they even need 5 minutes
