santa was kind to myself...........................similarly it could well turn out

to be true..............things are looking up and we will see a more 'honest'

cleaner 2015.....................with team sky/garmin showing the way

Things are looking up? I must have missed that.

Seems like buisness as usual to me with Cookson as the british McQuaid.

Look, lord knows it's very unpleasant what those bullies are being allowed to get away with, and cycling cannot hope to be cured until it's all fully exposed.
But if the topic is simply going to be about you squeezing digs at froome and sky on random occasions, maybe it should have a different title.

no no it's not just about sky.

I just noticed this on CQ and it made me lol
1. CRC ROJAS VILLEGAS Juan Carlos - 35h25'30" 25
2. CRC ROJAS VILLEGAS Cesar Andres - 08'46" 18
3. CRC GONZALEZ CORTES Josue - 15'37" 14
4. CRC VILLALOBOS SOLIS Roman - 17'29" 11
5. CRC CHAVARRIA RODRIGUEZ Joseph Eladio - 24'23" 9

that's me............brit born....brit bred............stout of arm....thick of head

but there is optimism the first step to making change is to express intent

i remain puzzled why others appear to hope for the worst.........even

wishing that cookson will be worse than fat pat............it's a tough job

at least comminication is improved even though jamesons could do

with a new brand ambassador

lol indeed.
From cyclingnews:
"The win marked the third time Rojas has won the Vuelta a Costa Rica; he also took the overall there in 2010 and 2013 following his return from a two-year doping ban imposed in 2007."
Let's give this guy the benefit of the doubt, for the sake of it, like we do with ryder.

How are communications improved???

Positives are now announced on a PDF spreadsheet hidden in the murky depths of the UCI website FFS. You know what that is? Damage control, no more no less.

Nothing wrong with damage control. Football and other sports seem to do alright in handling their PED issues. Trouble with the UCI is they need a good PR man.

lol, it didn't take long for the first hillarious performance of the year

this Diaz guy must be climbing at 6.5w/kg and 60% hematocrit by the looks of it.

all cleans of course, his teammate came second after all.

97-99 showed us that you don't need to go above 50 or clearly above 50 (max. 52 % then aspirine taken) to climb at 6.5 W/kg ++ .
The interesting question is whether those riders underlie the rules of the bio passport?

Good question.. I don't know. These guys remind me of torku in years past.

Now if only this guy could ride the giro, that would be awesome.

So, finishing in the front group of MSR yesterday and then going in the break and winning after something like 52 kph average today. I know they were gifted the win but still.. this seems ridiculous.
