Big difference between racing cross in the rain vs. racing road in the rain.

Wasn't he the one wishing for a rainy Paris-Roubaix last summer?

“Winning a Tour de France stage is like a dream come true,” said a clearly emotional Boom. “It’s extra special to win in rainy conditions and on the cobblestones of Paris-Roubaix. I’ve been dreaming of a wet Paris-Roubaix for years and now this happens at the Tour. Simply fantastic.”

Van Baarle is not mentioned a lot. Won Tour of Britain in his first season, still just 22

The front group is pulling strong, although it looks like the chasers are giving more.

Only because of a breakaway the peloton didn't realise contained someone who might take the race lead, followed by a terrible TT by Kwiatkowski's standards.

Go topsport!!!!!!!!

edit. Kwia should focus on the cobbles series this year.

Why is that? There are at least three guys ahead of him in the peckinh Order for the cobbles currently. In the Ardennes he will be leader.

I could definately see him contend for the win in De Ronde in a couple of years.
