Bertie is not peaking. Otherwise he would blow them out the water! If they have timed it perfect at Tinkoff-Saxo he will use the Giro to reach his peak at the Tour. Rogers also rode super fast in the Giro last year, and he rode even faster at the Tour..

It's just like last year. Ryder gets better and better in a 3 week race. Almost beat Quintana on Val Martello
