Looks like Coquard got dropped, it is pretty much done for Bouhanni unless Simon or Gallopin can pull out a monster sprint.

Been a great effort from Cav but surely he'd be better off just sitting up and resting for the Tour than burying himself for a potential 4th.

I don't get statements like this. He's riding this race anyway, why not giving as much as you can? It's not going to make a difference for the Tour

A post a few pages ago implied it did cost him in the 2013 Tour.

It will be hard to control though. Chavanel, Gallopin, ... will try something for sure.

Well it may not make any difference but his target is the Tour and he's really buried himself in this race,I hope he hasn't gone too far into the red for it to have left its mark. That being said I'd love Cav to win!

How did the main group get destroyed like that, and Nacer still there?
Bouhanni is so underrated. He's a great rider, even uphill. The Vuelta 2014 showed that!

Last lap in Portuguese Nats and main group is down to 10. Rui Costa, Machado and Cardoso are there. Hernani Broco, Amaro Antunes and Sandro Pinto have a slight lead. Why don't we have this live! :(

That must go down as a real fail for Stannard and Kennaugh that even with great cooperation they weren't able to create an unsurpassable gap over Cavendish who was pulling for what, 30km?
