They took 10 -15 seconds back since the junction was made. They might get closer to 20. But even 30 isn't that big a deal. Most Tours are won by more than 3 minutes. Its exceptionally rare for the final result to come down to 30 seconds.

Yea it is, gc more important than stage or green. Every sec counts.

Besides i doubt he could beat cav or greipel.
