yep TCS where at the left of the peloton when the crash happened... got really scared

W. Bonnet severely injured. Doctors placed a head guard ("une minerve"), he had the whole side of his body "open"

Directors and the jury decided to apply rule n. 18 which allows to neutralize or stop the race in case of "severe accident"
