If it wasn't Tour time, I'd dismiss Sagan as too heavy for this. But who knows.

Probably gonna be very nervous in the last 30k again.

Certainly a late crash resulting in injury and consequent slow climb would be a disaster for any GC rider.

If the bunch comes together at the foot of Cherave, an outsider's attack could be successful.

Valgren thinks that Sagan have a better chance winning than Contador today.

I'm picking Sagan as well.

Interesting. I must say that i've been impressed that he always seems to at the front on the steep hills, but i've not seen him be able to accelerate when they big guys go. He usually sits up and do his own tempo.
He smoked Alaphillipe (left, right, up, down) on the biggest Stage race of the season (lol) every time they "jumped" together.

Alaphillipe was just behind Valverde at Fleche. Sagan also made top3 at Amstel.

What are the following riders chances today

GVA
Gallopin
Kwia
Keldermercxx
Gesink
Don’t know, but I bet 5€ for Kwiatkowski at 21.

I’ve also bet 5€ for Contador at 34 and 5€ for Rui Costa at 67, 3€ on Caruso at 67 and 2€ on Van Avermaet at 151.
I’m 99% I’ve just lost 20€, but I liked the quotes.

For me it’s between Valverde and Martin; I don’t think Albasini has the same form as in the spring.

nothing like a liggett story during uninteresting periods

Are the heads of state at the front? Is someone putting the hammer down while someone else is tapping out a rhythm while on the rivet causing the elastic to stretch? Can former Olympic champion Sammy Sanchez formerly of Ooksa-del Ooska-di join this select group and do Team Leaky Gas belong in the sport of professional bike racing? And is Fabian Cancellara dancing on the pedals using those pistons we call legs while riding with the strength of ten men after doing the time trial of his life?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Post of the day. Well done.
