This finsish should be too hard for Cavendish especially in this form. I predict a win for an Italian : Modolo or Gatto...

Very impressive by the young guy.

Definitely an element of local knowledge given he was 25 yards clear before anyone else started to go, but the ability to do it shows he should still be very competitive without that.

I watched the last few minutes of the races several times and I'm still not sure what Cav was complaining about. What a cry baby. He just cant take that he is being schooled by some unknown kid.

yes so it seems, they were on one part of the road and where overwhelmed on the other side where they were going way faster....

There was a crash with about 7-10K to go (at the front of the peloton), think Godoy was one of the victims

rosas crashed first day. godoy today but was given the same time. hopefully no injuries
