by 2seconds he beat Cancellara who's just returned from injuries and had very few race days. How is that "leaving everyone in the dust"?classicomano said:As expected, Dumoulin leaves everyone in the dust. Lets see what he can do on the MTF.
If Sagan can stay close enough on the fricking Rettenbachferner to win the GC here even against a meagre climbers' field, the Clinic reaction will make the 2012 Tour free-for-all look civilized.pedromiguelmartins said:Now Sagan has to smash GC to make up for it.

Well, don't be frustrated. This was better than expected given the circumstances. I think he's the main favourite for Utrecht nowGigs_98 said:I am an austrian and a cancellara fan, so until now this result is a little bit frustrating for me ...

Last year there was no real attack on Verbier, so there were some time trialists which were really good in the gc. This year the decisive mountain stage has such a hard mtf that I don't think this will be possible this yearPopchu said:Tom Dumoulin is an ITT monster. With the last ITT in my mind, he can certainly do a good GC (don't forget he was 5th last year), altough the mountain stages are maybe a bit too much for Dumoulin.
