From last year it looks like it will be sprint, with a fast and quite technical descent with a tunnel. Last year Cort Nielson lost it by a second after gap between a rider and him appeared.Bushman said:Forgot there is another stage. But it will be a sprint, right?goggalor said:Don't think it's decided yet.Bushman said:Søren Kragh wins the overall?
Yes on both countsBushman said:So Haller got the gc and Boasson Hagen got the stage?
Indeed, had he ridden on one of the WT teams, I`m sure they would have caught the last break.goggalor said:Kragh Andersen probably would have won on a stronger team, but very nicely executed by Katusha. Good to see EBH on the way back too.
Yes, but then he should have followed on the climb instead. He actually said after the stage that he felt like he did have the legs to go with them at the climb, but he was poorly positioned and got boxed in.goggalor said:Kragh Andersen probably would have won on a stronger team, but very nicely executed by Katusha. I just figure that on a WT team he would have been on the front going into the hill, or at least had someone to place him on Haller's wheel.Bushman said:Yes, but then he should have followed on the climb instead. He is still young and learning though and he has never had the leaders's Jersey in such a big race. Really good race from him and he gained som valuable experience.
Yes I agree. We will see him on a big team next year for sure.goggalor said:I just figure that on a WT team he would have been on the front going into the hill, or at least had someone to place him on Haller's wheel.Bushman said:Yes, but then he should have followed on the climb instead.
