To be fair it's what the dutch like most. When someone does well they always start cheering before they've won.
He allready won in all the media etc. Eventually even I fell for it allthough I've tried to lower the expectations all the time because so many things could happen. Also this.

Tomorrow could be really entertaining if Kruijswijk is 2 or so minutes behind. He's probably gonna be angry as well, so he might just go HAM early on the stage.

Yeah, Landis style but well... Legit!

Astana once again show their classless, last year with Bertie and now with Steven. I get that they dont have to wait but their going flat out all inn when he crashes thats just no respect to the leder jersey, what can you expect tho when the leader is Vino... What comes around goes around.

I get that they dont have to wait but taking advantage when the leader jersey falls is no class.
Nibbles attacked,Kruiswijk tried to follow but crashed

It was regrettable that Steven fell, but Nibali and Chaves were locked in their own battle with Valverde when it happened. It would've made no sense for them to stop.

Hunger knock maybe for SK???
No. Just that he had to work all alone for many many km while the others had teammates who would pull for them. SK killed himself too much on the flat.

Amazing how taking a corner wrong can snowball into a complete meltdown. He did too much in the flat, his nerves are fried, he probably forgot to eat and drink.

Normally I also don't like attacks after the leader falls, but in this case they just had to do that, the chance to win the giro is just too big. And it's nonsense to say it's just Astana. OGE did exactly the same and the riders in the Valverde group also didnt wait although it would have hardly cost them time.

Damn I feel sorry for Kruijswijk. You can almost see the tears in his eyes. Hopefully's he's better already tomorrow so we'll have an epic fight. Doesn't look good though.

Ah man this is pretty heartbreaking, it dosent help that his face looks a bit like ullrichs and he's wearing pink, reminds me of him falling off in the rain
