Today's Mistral looks to be more back-cross than head-cross in comparison to direction of the route.
The road isn't straight, though, so any split in head-cross will have a potential to grow in back-cross.
Experience of riding in these conditions will be vital. You need to know where and when to step on, otherwise it's wasting of energy.

Looks like around 10% average for the last bit? should be fine on the 76" then :)

Touch more than 10% I think, kicks up a bit in the corners. Food and beers (they have a micro-brewery) in the Wanlochhead Inn are good btw.

Anyway, back to today's stage going to be extremely nervious I think. Expecting a very fast stage as everyone tries to stay at the front.

Hopefully today will be better than expect.

I think it would greatly enhance the competition if Froome lost 2 minutes, hope it happens
Shirley you'd want Quintana to lose time as it means he's got to attack?

The first 14 km will be the most dangerous, according to Tom Steels.

Guess which kilometers were going to miss?

Mass crash. LottoNL's Bennett worst off but not seriously injured.
First of the many today I'm afraid :( The stage hasn't even started properly and everyone is pushing to the front.
