Either he has a perfect train and Kittel & co. (now Cavs) are gone or Greipel doesn't even try it when it gets difficult. Shame on him.

Not top speed, but initial acceleration. They are equally fast on drags like this but Cav just accelerates faster.Red Rick said:Now Cavendish is beating Kittel on speed as well
Yeah, still a drag race though. I didn't expect this from Cav anymore.MacBAir said:Not top speed, but initial acceleration. They are equally fast on drags like this but Cav just accelerates faster.Red Rick said:Now Cavendish is beating Kittel on speed as well

Young British sprinter with some impressive results already this year, been in the top 10 of every sprint so far.
Cav almost has an photographic memory for sprints. He's crazy good at planning sprints, jocking for positions and timing right.Jungle Cycle said:Cav's interviews are really good. Lots of details...

I've been saying this time and time again: Kittel was amazing at the tour when Giant never worked for anything, and then when the other teams were tired they came up with their train, demolishing others. This represents what, 8 out of 10 wins that kittel had on Cav?Red Rick said:Yeah, still a drag race though. I didn't expect this from Cav anymore.MacBAir said:Not top speed, but initial acceleration. What? Then who's the big boy that was ridding at the back and will ride at the front, now? Who are those real, big boy, cyclists?El Pistolero said:MacBAir said:Actually the big boys will ride the in the grupetto.El Pistolero said:Now the real Tour and real cyclists can entertain us, let the little boys ride in the grupetto.
None of the sprinters are big boys, literally and figuratively. They hardly have the physique of Usain Bolt.
Red Rick said:Anyone else think they missed an opportunity by not dropping the worst sprinters on the final cat 3.
