That top 10.
I'd say C-list sprinters, but the guy who led them in for the second time is maybe Etixx's fifth fastest guy. So I'm going with D-list.

Except this wasn't an uphill kick. And their best uphill sprinter is Alaphillipe.

P.S. I like Meersman. Whatever the field and the finish, against WorldTour competition, it's hard to get two wins. Particularly in a Grand Tour. So good on him.

Hopefully. It was proper racing.

It's hard to deduce whether there were gaps before the crash, obviously nobody wouldve gained minutes but it was stretched out an awful lot even before

I note that Meersman did a wave in the sprint.

If there is consistency...
Exactly my thoughts as well, when I saw the replay
Yeah he did. Had it been 50m or 100m from the finish line then there would've been problems, but it was like 10m from the line and Felline at that point had no chance.

Froome was dropped from the front group long after the crash had happened. So that gap should stand and everyone who was obstructed by the crash should get Froome's time. We'll soon see.

haha, good one. so quintana managed to finish in the same group with the winner but the guy that was second to sagan in a stage couldn't. he was slowed by the crash and then tried to come back, you should watch a replay.

Of course Meersman wins becaue the field was weak, but this is hardly something new. Degenkolb won 10 freaking stages in the Vuelta because of a poor field. Yet he can't win stages in the Tour and only won one in the Giro.
