I wouldn't say missed the boat. They just got dropped when Sagan put the hammer down.TourOfSardinia said:sky missed the boat ?
They'd be better without them.Hugo Koblet said:You're welcome. It's pretty obvious that you're watching a Belgian classic for the first time if you don't think that crashes are a big part of those races.
I don't know. I'm not sure about that.kingjr said:They'd be better without them.Hugo Koblet said:You're welcome. It's pretty obvious that you're watching a Belgian classic for the first time if you don't think that crashes are a big part of those races.
Not sure about that; everyone knows by now that Sagan's big weakness is that he can't put out a decent sprint after doing lots of hard work towards the end of a race. I think it's just too far from the finish for the others to want to burn too many matches.spalco said:Sagan always has so many tactical options, anyone working with him is pretty much doomed. He might stay in that group and win from a selection, jump over to the lead group and win solo or let the peloton catch up and win from the sprint.
The others have to make him work there.
No matter how exciting the race is, I hate it when favourites lose minutes due to misfortune.Hugo Koblet said:I don't know. I still think E3 was quite a nice race last year despite Fabian's misfortune. The way he fought back maybe ruined his chances to win, but it was exciting to watch.kingjr said:No matter how exciting the race is, I hate it when favourites lose minutes due to misfortune.Hugo Koblet said:I don't know. No thats just what happens if one rider does 90% of the work for 15 kilometers.Forever The Best said:Vanmarcke and GVA stronger than Sagan![]()

Wasn't Sagan dropped by the duo on Molenberg?jaylew said:Don't think soForever The Best said:Vanmarcke and GVA stronger than Sagan![]()
What I was meaning is that Vanmarcke and GVA looked stronger than Sagan on the climb. Yes, Sagan worked a lot but I didn't expect him to be dropped there, but he may be faking as well.Gigs_98 said:No thats just what happens if one rider does 90% of the work for 15 kilometers.Forever The Best said:Vanmarcke and GVA stronger than Sagan![]()
