Lol. Bunch sprint in thd womens race
Really good race to get to that point though. Sure, if you only see the last 5 mins it looks lame to see it finish in a bunch kick, but it was a very good race and got to that point with a real tough battle. Last three climbs were really tough and hard-fought, although I wanted the quartet to stay away.

And if the racing is becoming less selective among the women's races, in some respects it's a good thing because it's showing that more of the péloton can handle the difficulty and we can get tougher races rather than some of the patronizing parcours the women's péloton has been given in the past (note: not by Flanders Classics, this route is beefed up a little from last year. But distances are getting longer and the decisiveness of small obstacles is getting less as professionalism improves).

Well, +15 or even 20 riders in the finish after Kwaremont + Paterberg combo is pretty disappointing isn't it?
I think it was a good race.
The shots from Kwaremont were telling so, at least.

Kelly thinking wishfully...
The race is decided, I'd say.
Gilbert can solo it from as far out as anybody, and Boonen will be there to police.
The race definitely isn't decided. So much can happen on 70 kilometers.

I will have a heart attack if gilbert don't stop working!!!
He is underestimating the likes of sep and stuyven
He is doing too much. Only focusing on GVA and Sagan. This could end up as a big mistake.

Less than 50' between Gilbert group and peloton. They gonna get caught.

I'm not too sure about that. If they get to Kwaaremont with 40+ seconds, I don't see them getting caught.

Eurosport went on a **** break

Did Sagan close the gap on his own?

I'm streaming on Youtube and the commentary stops but we can still watch it. Hope it helps.. :)

I'll have a look thanks

Downside being I won't get to laugh at sagans wooden acting on these bora adverts

Maybe even as good as John degenkolbs shampoo adverts

"no... Not at all!"

"Luck counts for an awful lot"

Piss off Carlton it was a great move

From the man who just before the move said Gilbert and Boonen were "former teammates planning an alliance".
Well, they're wearing different kits. Obviously not team mates.

Just wait to see how many will be left chasing after Kwaremont - Koppenberg.
It will be couples or trios vs. couples and trios.

Sagan will have to pull a Ritte to fight for the victory today.

Even if it comes back, the second that happens Stybar and Terpstra will go. We're in for some nice racing :)

1'05 is a big gap in a classics.

I'd rather be in a small group on Oude Kwaremont than in the peloton.

Stybar will look for wheels to follow as always. ;)

But what race, yes.

He needs to work, if he stops half of the group will stop immediately, and they will get caught

This. If the break makes it to Kwaremont before getting gobbled up it's anyone's race.
