It annoys me they won't be thrown out as according to rules. I hate riders freewheeling after they realise they can't come back. Apparently they don't feel its necessary to set an example as they did in the TTT even when it won't be as controversial since theres only one stage left.

Edit: Ok I see 47 riders a getting thrown out. Good on them.

Who won't be thrown out? Those who finished outside the time limit today were eliminated as far as I can see
