Not really. Gradients are low, so that only makes you lose more time if you have less power, especially on short distances. This ITT has a lot of moments at a huge wattage. Not beneficial to climbers at all.

Viviani said he would try to limit his losses to try to get pink one of the next days. He ended 1:15 behind Dennis, so I think that pure power and high Watts don't cut it here.
