Re: 2018 Ronde van Vlaanderen

A Sky rider continuing despite an eventual inevitable disqualification ... Hmmm .... where have I heard this before. :)

That’s a joke

No it's not. He had no need to do it. He done the same thing in DDV.
many riders have went on the pavements today

Yep, they do it all the time, but that's twice now that Rowe has done it in particular dangerous positions just to gain an advantage. Jury had to start somewhere.
gain an advantage? it slowed him down, its the fans faults for going onto the road and getting in the way

The fans weren't on the road.

A DQ for a quick hop on the cycling way is a harsh punishment, but necessary I think. It's gotten better, but in previous years there was a epidemic of riders doing that openly.
But I hope the commissaires take into account the difference between riders doing it for safety reasons and riders doing it to gain an advantage.

Colbrelli looking a lot better than last week, Kwiatkowski looks really inconsistent, and GVA is strong

Haha. Rowes move was probably not intentional, but it was kinda reckless.

Bunch not too large anymore. Sagan in a good position, agreed.

Wow, Kristoff is good today
Yep, looks very dangerous imo. Not 2015 form, but they certainly need to drop him before the last Paterberg ascent.
