Manghen is an amazing climb. 1700m metres of climbing over 20 odd kilometres and it just gets harder as it goes along, without ever being ridiculous. would love to see it more often, along with so many other climbs in this area which are underused.

Nibali isn't the best rider in this giro, and this, even more than the 'gifted' seconds to courmayeur, is why he won't win the giro. Although, he was dropped on Agnello initially too...
