Hard to say. If he's feeling rubbish he'll still attack it'll just be probably in a ridiculous place rather than a race winning one

You can also see a problem for attackers: after the climbs, you are in the disadvantage riding solo. Those in the wheels in the peloton were freewheeling, while Peters looked like he was deep in pain.

In the womens race the group that got away on the final climb held off the chasers really easily.

Depth of quality in the field is much higher here, so I don't think we will see the same here - unless there are tactical games behind and no team is willing to commit to the chase.
