Or maybe just the Swiss way?I think the different pacing for Bissegger might be down to wind.
Just wait for Roubaix!Season saved for Kung. Chapeau!
Pogacar back to being an overrated ITTer again?

Yeah, at least Trento is not as hot as Bolzano/Bozen, the valley basin makes the heat even worse there. I remember being in Bozen with 40°C, screw that!Great performance by Kung, who beat Ganna. This was a bit unexpected as the course (length and profile) seemed perfect for the Italian. Good performance by Remco as well, he was not far off. I was wondering before the stage if Ganna is able to pass Pogi. He managed to do it. Regardless of the profile it was a rather poor showing by the Slovenian, who clearly has looked out of form since the Olympics.
The view of the mountains didn't help Pogi as the route was flat like a table. Adige valley is hot, flat and wide and tourist often go via it on their way to cooler, high elavation Dolomite valleys.
Maybe his recovery is not that great. From what I know he also dislikes the heat, but that's the same for Ganna, who has a history of underperforming in TTs in the heat.I don't understand how come Küng doesn't make it in GT ITT, or other ITT in races this summer and then he goes on to smash Ganna. Is he not very consistent?
