I can't wait to watch all day then ask myself why I watched the first 150km afterwards.
Consider yourself lucky.
I have a lunch where my family is going to meet my fiancee's family before the wedding (which will take place on Lombardia's day...), so I'm only going to watch the first 60 km live and then pray nobody spoils me the result until 6 pm.

You could instigate a fight, then you can go home early and also enjoy Lombardia.
Free advice. Prego.

No no no, you start crying tears of joy right after Nibali wins then admit it's the happiest day of your life but little will they know the reasons why.

Reminds me of a scenario from Curb Your Enthusiasm in an opposite way: Larry's sports team lost, and people briefly thought he was crying because a dog died.
