Van Aert was faster on the first part with predominantly tailwind. 3rd part is predominantly tailwind again. I do think Van Aert is less aero than Ganna, which matters less with tailwind.

Well, Kwiato was 4th in Innsbruck and he didn't participate in WC TT since then
