2022 Giro d'Italia: Post race discussion & poll

What a disgrace this race was. Giro is my favourite race but this one was on par with 2012 Tour. Terrible field, terrible winner. Eh...

The start list to begin with was quite okay. If injuries or sickness hadn't stopped Yates, MAL and Almeida, the top GC contenders would have been above average.

Big caveat that most of my favoured riders had abandoned or limped out of contention quite early, but I found it an almost instantly forgettable race. Hardly any GC drama or excitement of any kind,. A week later and can only really remember the first, last and Superga stage. 2/10 and really hope this is the worse GT this year.
