Skytrain isn't what it used to be, Froome would be off the front alone by now
DSM riders have a history of a little trouble putting on some of their clothing in the mountains of the Giro.Does DSM allow Bardet to ride so unaerodinamically with the shirt fully open or is he going back to France tomorrow?
Almeida has looked done the past few KM’s.

If I get dropped in a mountain stage like this long from the finish, Pello Bilbao is who I want to be with. He has more than a touch of the Carlos Sastre about him. Sastre was legendary for being dropped near the start of a big mountain only to just, off-camera, pick off rider after rider as they went too deep to chase the pace at the front and got dropped, and would wind up finishing near the front. Sastre is a much better climber than Bilbao (as his palmarès will attest) but Bilbao has shown repeatedly that same capacity to manage himself when dropped to ride the tempo at his own pace with no panic. That's how Almeida always looks though. Grind grind grind
I'm amazed how well Bilbao and Lopez are doing
