I actually wouldn't be surprised if he does to some extent. Of course not fully or he wouldn't stay on his bike. But to some extents that makes focus shifting miliseconds slower. Also he seems risk averse which also factors in.

9 minutes, what are you talking about? On stage 3, he lost 1:53 and came in alone, I can see. He came in alone behind a group which seems quite weird, I don't remember exactly what happened.

He was also not even in the top 20 in the TT, so his form must have been pretty bad even if he had a good MTF in the final weekend.
