And 2 minutes 40 secs is alot to make on the climb ....I doubt Roglic will do that

He is the youngest rider in the field, and so far he has done significantly better on easy mono-climb stages this season.

If it is the GC wont change at all. That would mean someone like Thomas could gain only a minute on Champion and be most likely fine

Barta did too, and then you have Gloag putting in what looks like a decent time while having fun with the crowd. It's an incredibly tough TT to pace, some GC riders are going to get this wrong for sure.
