I'm not surprised tbf. I still can be disappointed and bored though. The only surprise about this stage so far is people being surprised nothing happened on the Giau

Not surprised, I've watched the same first 18 stages as the rest of us, but still disappointed because any other peloton would have produced something less *** at the bare minimum so far. And I think that goes for most of us.Ive been very entertained by people who expected different from today all stage

Things can of course still happen on Tre Croci and Tre Crime, but it looks like the small time differences will make the top 3 hesitant to go all out ahead of the MTT. They should have placed it before this stage instead, and possibly in an easier version.
There are different shades of nothing. I was honestly expecting Formolo to pace it.The only surprise about this stage so far is people being surprised nothing happened on the Giau
Yup, only there cos no one else is bothered. They were blown out at the startRob Hatch drooling over Puccio and Swift is doing my nut in
Sure they are doing a good job for INEOS but having them there shows that the racing is very poor
I wish he'd shut up about it
Also the organizers gave them like 2d4 at mostIts obvious every dice has fallen wrongly for action this Giro
Not necessarily if the MTT were still the last one, but it would probably still have been better than this.Actually the trident of mountain stages should have been 16-18 and stage 19 should have been a sprint stage - Then GC riders would have gone all out in these mountain stages.
I don't mind a team sticking to their strengths.... its the other teams who sit on their wheels who we should be annoyed with.Yeah I don't think anyone was expecting anything big on the Giau, hoping would be a better way of describing it.
I was expecting a little more than Puccio still being there though I must say.
