I read that route for Danish national RR is identical with the one of last year. Is this really true? I know last year it was a part of "DM Ugen" in Aalborg ("Danish Championships Week" in like almost every sports dicipline, like an oplympic games event on a national level).
But did DCU make a contract of same RR route for years? In that case it sounds plain stupid to me.

(Sorry and pls bear with me, is missing everything these months in my life..).
As I understand it, DM-ugen will continue to be a thing, but it's in Herning next year.

Skjelmose dropping Kragh the last time up the 2nd last hill, Kragh looks completely burned out.

Kron passing him and going after Skjelmose... proving the Lotto story he is not in shape for the Tour is BS.

Gotta hand it to Evenepoel. Had a frustrating TT, then a parcours in the road race that seemed only suited to sprinters, but he made the split with 30 km to go, then the deciding split with 10 km to go, did most of the pulling, started the sprint in first place, and won. Completely deserved victory.

Aalborg for the second and final time today.

It will be a flat and boring stage next year (unless they include gravel sections).
Ok, thanks.
Though I'm keen of hilly routes (this years route could with a little willingness have the finish line situated in Møllleparken with an 8-10%er uphill ramp to finish), IMO it's important with variations in route thoughness, suiting different kind of riders.

Skjelmose dropping his chain, but quickly gets it back on, still out in front, but now with less of a gap to Kron.

Not only deserved, it was a monster performance. The boy rip this race apart. He is born for one day races.

Mørkøv agrees with you. ;-) (He's the one who has won most championship medals in the last 10 years, but has no chance on a route like the one today.)

And yet you can see with your own eyes how his shape is ;)

Just like you could see in Suisse how his form was... Looks like he got better quick, but you can't just change your selection now ofcourse. Also completely different than a GT ofcourse.
