2023 Tour de France: Who do you want to win?

I’m curious to see not who people think *will* win but who they *want* to win.

Also, I think this is my first thread creation, so go easy on me.

Of all GC riders present, i can only think of one who i would really like to win, and i doubt he's going to be anywhere close. Bernal.
For the rest it would greatly depend on circumstances and merit during the race. I'm not particularly fan of anyone in the poll, so let's see who goes for it without holding back the most.

Bernal can’t win so I picked Pogacar. I just like the way he rides, he has a great pedigree, he isn’t a one dimensional rider like Vingegaard and also how he arrived on the scene at such a young age (2019 ToC).

For me it’s the other way around. Pogacar, because I don’t like Jumbo.

I get why you don’t like UAE though, but Jumbo has some arrogance around them including their riders.

I clearly don't want any UAE rider to win it but I'm not rooting for anyone in particular, I just hope we get a decent GT GC-wise, the stages don't look that good imo. Went with Remco option, I think the Tour would've been more interesting with him around.

I voted Pogačar as he is my favourite of the riders in the poll but would also love to see Van der Poel winning the Tour, as it would be a beautiful story even though it won't happen.

Can't find it in me to root for the guy with zero personality outside of calling his wife approximately three seconds after each stage has finished, nor for the guy on the dirty oil money team who's too good at literally everything. As for the rest of the field, I might as well root for someone like Jakobsen because the difference between his winning chances and those of a Hindley is marginal. Of the actual climbers, Bernal, Træen and Pinot would be the feelgood stories.

Well, there is no reason to hope for anything else than Pogacar or Vingegaard as that won't happen, so I say Pogacar.

If you think he has zero personality outside of what he has said (of which talking about his family is the only thing that counts), then I think you either mean a particular kind of personality and not zero, or you just don't base it on his racing at all.

Does Froome have any personality? Did Evans?
